By using Erodio and uploading, accessing, purchasing, or listening to audio content on the platform, you agree to these Terms and all applicable Erodio policies.
You grant Erodio a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly perform, display, and monetize your content.
You are fully responsible for your content, conduct, compliance with law, and maintenance of proof of age and consent documentation.
Erodio may remove, restrict, disable, demonetize, or limit access to content or accounts at any time, with or without cause, notice, or liability.
Users must be 18+ and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
Erodio may use a strike or violations system. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
Erodio may offer monetization features at its sole discretion. Earnings are subject to platform fees, fraud review, compliance review, chargebacks, disputes, and legal requirements. Erodio may delay, withhold, reverse, or deny payouts.
All purchases, subscriptions, and payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, Erodio may suspend the account, revoke access, and recover related losses, fees, and damages.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for partially used billing periods unless required by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Erodio, EP25 LLC, and their affiliates, owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your content, conduct, violations, or misuse of the platform.
Erodio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erodio’s total liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. Erodio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA. Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver County, Colorado, and class actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By using Erodio, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of data in accordance with the Erodio Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for complying with all local laws in your jurisdiction. Erodio does not guarantee the platform is legal or appropriate in every region.
Erodio may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit the service or any feature at any time and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Erodio maintains zero tolerance for illegal or non-consensual content and may cooperate fully with law enforcement.
Users must maintain records verifying that all participants are 18+ and provide those records upon request. Erodio requires compliance to the extent applicable.
Erodio is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.
The license granted to Erodio survives deletion of content or account termination. Erodio may retain and continue to use content for operational, legal, archival, or commercial purposes for up to 90 days after removal or termination, including content already distributed, used in marketing, or stored in backups and internal systems.
All users must comply with the Erodio Community Guidelines, incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Third-party payment processors may handle transactions. Erodio may review, delay, cancel, deny, or reverse transactions for fraud, compliance, chargeback risk, or legal reasons.
